Suggested use

Adults/Children 4 and over: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) orally three times daily.

Most effective before meals. For sensitive adults and children, an introduction period is recommended. Start with 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) daily, slowly working up to the recommended usage.

Shake gently before use as natural sediment occurs. Best consumed alone or in dechlorinated water. No refrigeration needed.

I find that Aloe Vera gave me diarrhea and irritated my intestines. I’ve been on Restore for six months now and my whole intestinal tract is the healthiest it’s ever been. I don’t plan to ever stop taking Restore. My whole family has greatly benefited from it.

Do you have to take this with water,or just take a teaspoon,a teaspoon doesn’t seem much.

Just a straight teaspoon and hold it under your tongue for a few minutes then swallow. Do this 20 minutes before eating is best. Please click the like button and thank you for doing so
