NOW® Super Primrose Oil has naturally occurring GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid also found in borage and black currant oils. Although the body can make GLA, the preformed version is more efficiently used. GLA supports healthy immune responses and may help maintain proper skin barrier and normal vascular functions.

Suggested use

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.
